Country Seniors Community is dedicated to providing comfortable, worry-free rental housing for senior citizens with or without physical disabilities, along with a clean, relaxing outdoor environment to enjoy. The community is made up of several fourplexes and triplexes with multiple floorplans for single and double occupancy. See our list of features.
Did you know? The Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER) program helps make rents affordable for BC seniors with low to moderate incomes. SAFER provides monthly cash payments to subsidize rents for eligible BC residents who are age 60 or over and who pay rent for their homes.
