Seniors Community Housing Features

In our Community

Our seniors community consists of single level housing, built in fourplex and triplex units, with ground level entry. Some units were also designed for extra accessibility with wider hallways and walkway to the front door. Our facility is not fully wheelchair accessible. The grounds are fully landscaped and maintained throughout the years.

Each Fourplex and Triplex comes equipped with its own laundry facility for the use of the tenants.

The community is located in Prince George, BC, and is near all the necessary amenities with a bus stop just a short walk away. A Handicap bus is also available for those who qualify.

Pets are always welcome, however a pet policy is in place and a pet deposit is required for any damage that may occur.

In the Individual Suites

Each individual suite comes fitted with lever type door handles, rocking light switches, low carpeting or laminate flooring, bright lighting and large windows to make use of the abundance of natural light during the day. Each room is also set up with Emergency buttons in both the bedroom and the bathroom.

The bathrooms all feature handheld showers and drawers on ball bearings for easy use. For safety, they also come with grab bars and an emergency call device.

Kitchens in the suites are fully equipped with fridge and stove and have lots of cupboard space.
